you shouldn't be charging an admin fee for refunds just because your taking forever to sell tickets. also as chribba does on his titan lottos if ticket sales slow he reduces it to 8500 tickets per titan are you going to do the same? or are you going to let this drag out for 6 months. if ppl want there money back i think you should give it to them at no cost as it's not our fault that your tickets are not selling.

as chribba has just done with his last titan lotto reduce the tickets required, he had his set at 8500-10000 tickets and did the draw at 8500 tickets as the sales slowed. eg. 3 x 8500=25500 tickets to draw for all 3 titans this increases peoples chances as a good will thing and just charge 5bil as a flat fee for the firesale im sure this would encourage more people to buy tickets.

Well, well, the high and mighty finally responds. I think a majority of people would say that a month old post doesn't count as an update. Saying "something is being worked on" is about as much of an update as a newscaster saying "something happened today." Your general attitude sucks. You can't even bring yourself to deal with your clients politely. If you haven't handled this in the month since you last posted, why should anyone believe that you ever will? What could possibly hold you up for over a month? What could possibly take that long to "work on"?
So, I ask again:
What will you do if the tickets don't sell in 6 months? What if they don't sell in 12 months? They're simple questions. Answer them.
Even though he does post and post and post he does have a pont torn you do side step questions with answers like "i answered that in my last post" which is a month old you seem to be doing jack all to get this sorted and in no way willing to refund anything to anyone so yes as everyone keeps saying you are scamming everyone and never plan to give our isk back eith say yes you scammed everyone or refund the tickets (with no admin fee) it's not our fault you ****ed up.

it has taken way to long to come to this conclusion though thank you TS for finally making a desision it's a shame it didnt work would have been a fantastic lottery.
